1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the APM Towing LLC website, tow-request form, private tracking links, payment links, and related towing and roadside-assistance communications. By using these services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Tow requests and estimates
Submitting a request does not guarantee service or create a final price. APM Towing reviews vehicle, location, access, equipment, safety, and availability information before accepting a job. Estimates may change if the information provided is incomplete or conditions at the service location differ from the request. The dispatcher or driver will communicate material changes when practicable.
3. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, pickup, destination, and condition information; have authority to request service for the vehicle; disclose hazards or access restrictions; remain reachable; and follow reasonable safety instructions. Do not use the service for emergencies requiring police, fire, or medical assistance; call 911 instead.
4. APM Towing Service Updates SMS program

When you check the SMS consent box and submit the customer tow-request form, you agree to receive SMS messages from APM Towing LLC regarding that towing request, including request confirmation, driver assignment, towing status updates, tracking links, and payment links.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing towing service; call (808) 861-6167 to request service without SMS.
After you reply STOP, you will receive no further SMS messages unless you later provide new consent. Reply HELP for assistance or call (808) 861-6167. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
5. Tracking and links
Tracking and payment links are private and intended only for the customer and authorized participants in the tow. Do not publicly share them. Location and ETA information are operational estimates and may be delayed or inaccurate because of traffic, connectivity, device settings, or other conditions.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Square. You are responsible for charges you approve, including agreed towing, roadside, mileage, recovery, waiting-time, storage, toll, tax, and other disclosed charges. Job completion is operationally separate from payment processing, but unpaid balances remain due.
7. Cancellations and delays
Contact APM Towing promptly to cancel or change a request. Charges may apply when a driver has been dispatched, has arrived, has performed work, or has incurred expenses. Arrival times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather, demand, safety conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or private links, interfere with system operation, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service unlawfully.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, digital services are provided on an “as available” basis. APM Towing is not responsible for failures caused by carriers, internet providers, mapping services, payment processors, customer devices, incorrect customer information, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Honolulu, Hawaii, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and contact
